(iTers News) - Electric vehicle maker Tesla Motors demonstrated a future proof- virtual UI-centric car dashboard infotainment system on its Tesla model S electric vehicle that has no physical knob and button, but just only virtual interfaces on a in-vehicle dashboard computer screen.
Car drivers can open and lock car doors, a trunk box, a car console box, adjust rear and side mirrors, and play back video and music titles with a simple touch of the virtual user interface screen.
Tapping on the touch-sensitive virtual UI, car drivers also slide open and lock a rooftop hatch, and check driving profile and EV charging status.
