(iTers News) - Qualcomm Incorporated said that its subsidiary, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. has snatchd more than 60 design wins of Snapdragon 810 processor from mobile device maker to power their premium tier mobile devicese, including LG G Flex2 and the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro.

Snapdragon 810 processor comes embedded with a next generation integrated LTE Advanced modem with Cat 9 support for speeds of up to 450 Mbps, integrating a high-performance dual 14-bit ISP that supports up to 55 megapixel camera capabilities. 


It also incorporates Qualcomm RF360 front end antenna Tuner which increases coverage, throughput and reduces dropped calls. 


It is based on a new Qualcomm Adreno 430 GPU delivering 30% more performance and 20% lower power than previous generation.


At the heart of the Snapdragon 810 is ARM's big.Little hybrid configuration of high-performance 64-bit quad core ARM A57 CPUs that runs up to 2.0Ghz as well as quad-core ARM A53 that runs up to 1.5Ghz


It also supports new Qualcomm VIVE dual-band, 2x2 802.11ac Wi-Fi with Qualcomm MU | EFX (MU-MIMO) technology and the newest 60 GHz 802.11ad Wi-Fi for proximal connections up to 5 Gbps. 


Video and audio chip circuitry are embedded, too.


For example, it supports 4K contents, including ing 4K video recording with playback on device and to external display.


To support for the latest Dolby Atmos and up to 24-bit/192kHz music playback, it come embedded with Qualcomm Hexagon V56 DSP
